So, I ordered a bunch of spices from Penzey (mostly gifts for Dave the Mad Cooking Engineer and for the Beloved Christopher,). I got the box today and they smell really yummy, even through the jars! Mignonette pepper, English Prime Rib Rub, Trinidad Lemon-Garlic Marinade, Bavarian seasoning, Shallot Pepper, Northwoods Seasoning, Galangal, and a big container of Ceylon cinnamon. *MMM*
