Wanna help me test a form?

I'm working on a) familiarizing myself with the forms processor at my new institution and b) thinking about a possible information studies research project on library use among special populations (SCA, LJ users). If you'd like to help me test my first form, please fill out the three question survey at:
http://users.drew.edu/jheise/survey09.html
Thanks!

Someone at the UMD library science school has done something of the kind, comparing SCAdian library use to the of amateur genealogists. Do you want me to put you in touch with her?

Admittedly, the frequency of research as well as the types of libraries used has varied considerably over time for me. (And this is *since* I left grad school!)

Well, I did the survey. I'd have liked a comments section. I need resarch nearly daily... because of my schedule, I tend to store up my library checking stuff for occasional trips... so, as I go along, I make notes, then the once-every-couple of months I go, say, down to Penn, I spend the day and work on many things. If it was right next door, I'd go often. When I was in college I practically lived at the library, and would still if it wasn't for all that pesky *work* and *house* and bazillion activities....
