If one knows that the kid may have inherited some condition that can cause food sensitivities (e.g. Miriya), then I think the "one new food at a time" idea has merit. Other than that, I'm very much in step with this article. Then again, what do you expect from someone who swiped his mother's ham sandwich and gum-scarfed it down when he was younger than Beekman is now (and had fewer teeth).
