That's actually what I studied in college. My major concentration was 19th century English history, and I can still tell you quite a bit about what it was to be a poor woman living in London... This will be a wonderful resource!

In the past, all most of us had was accounts by middle and upper class observers, who tend to write about the quaint, pathetic, and interesting (to them.)
