friending angst

Periodically, I wonder if there are people who friended me for the research that I publish unfriends-locked, and then I friend them back, at which point they see the friendslocked stuff, and they might be like oh noes! TEH DRAMA! makez it stopz!

I'm considering putting a note in my bio saying "drop me a note if you'd like me to consider friending you back, otherwise if you friend me and I don't know you I'll assume you are along for the research wierdness." What do you think?

Also, if anyone now friended would like to be locked out of the personal friendslocked posts, just drop me a line...

Yes, I have used your research to do day boards for my barony -and now they want one every baronial event. However, with reading your lj and talking with my laurel (Trimaris)(sometimes called MC or Mistress of Pig Fat )-yes- you know her, I feel as if we too are friends even if a little lop sided. I friended you (just today actually) for the research stuff, but I have no objection to reading whatever personal stuff you're willing to share with someone you haven't met (or might have met once at an event somewhere). I find that stuff interesting. Everybody's LJ has drama...everybody's life has drama for that matter.
