I have to say I liked the first one better. I have two very specific gripes about the second one that I'll not mention as they could be spoiler-ific. . .

They are amusing movies, though-liked the fact that they went running for the books, rather than the gems & stuff-hope they do more!

I've seen the two they've done so far: it's a wonderful conceit, good production levels, shame the combination of filming style, acting staff, and script don't do the idea justice... Noah Wyle has a hard time convincing me that his character is as intelligent as he's supposed to be, or as naiive as he's supposed to be.

Looking forward to a third one, and a fourth, so they get many more chances to get it right. :-)
