Stumbled across this one on the Web-- it's this Saturday and the registration deadline is Nov. 27:

Hm... interesting note on the "Natural Trumpet" performance.
Since it's free, I've signed up to go.

There's also a Sephardic Music performance at 4:30 pm, $5. I'm considering going to that.

Since I can't go, can you get me a proceedings book? Let me know how much it is, and I will pay you back--I REALLY want some of the papers being presented, and i would have a hell of a time choosing between sessions if I could go!

Had I known about this before the reg deadline, I'd have signed up... only I didn't know at the time whether I'd be able to make it, due to a Phi Mu Alpha DCAAA meeting this weekend whose date (Sat or Sun) was up in the air at the time. (For that matter, it *still IS* up in the air!)

According to the email I got from them, you can still come in and register on the day, you just won't get the printed materials & badge, etc.
