Celeriac is celery root, which is nummy stuff & common in central European dishes. Celiac's something else. I think it's seriously unfortunate that Iceland has a lot of people with fish allergies, when you consider the food options over there.

The library where I work at had to drop New Scientist last year when we had to make some very painful choices. I realize why we did so, but that doesn't make things any easier even today.
