stop me if you've heard these already

Celiac is more prevalent in Irish, Scottish, and other Northern European people, and virtually unheard of in African and Asian descent.

And I've heard the lactose intolerance is also prevalent in Asian, but rare in E. European. However, E. European folks, especially of Jewish descent, are more likely to get ulcerative colitis. Which is sometimes triggered by milk protein allergy. Then again, a large number of people who think they have lactose intolerance actually have milk protein allergy.

I am actually quite intrigued by this topic.
