interference from a Higher Power (not a Hewlett Packard)

Yesterday, as I was leaving work, I was incredibly frustrated about my situation there. I felt like I'm failing, and that my situation and the requests being made of me are very critical of me. I was basically despondent.

And as I walked out the front door, a young lady opened it for me, and said, "Hey, about that class you did the other day? The Dreamweaver one? that was great! Really easy to follow. I learned a lot. It was the best presentation so far!" I stammered a thank you and blushed a lot.

And I walked out the door and to my car, treasuring that compliment and what it meant to me about the type of professional I wanted to be, and about who I was.

Sometimes, the Person driving this life does stop it and turn it around... :)

I'm glad someone mundane actually took the time to appreciate your (mundane) work.

*hugs*
