Actually, there is another in the Caidan history books. Ambrose Calidonis got his Laurel and his Pelican at the same event. The plan was that he was supposed to get his Pel at Crown Tourney and his Laurel at the following Coronation, but the herald screwed up and started reading the Laurel ceremony at Crown Tourney. And since the cat was out of the bag, so to speak, the Laurels allowed the ceremony to continue and then the Pels got their chance.
