I was looking through my personal archive of material I'd saved from the old Red Rock Eater News service.
Found the one on 'How to Help someone use a computer'. It's still held up, and it turns out it's on the web at:

(Given that my personal take on the universe currently borders on a B*** Helpdesk Person from H*** and a rant on the failings of lusgrammers [like lusers but on the other end of the equation], I find this very apropos right now.)
