Rue can cause a dermatological reaction... not recommended.
Ciche peason would be chickpeas (garbanzos).

Is that first one suppose to be for post-labor, when the breasts are producing milk? It sounds like that's what they mean, to help relieve the "too-full" feeling that milk production can cause.
