I was thinking of developing a class on going from primary source to paper or project... How to read a single primary account or anecdote, identify important keywords or concepts, and spread out from there, stripmining footnotes along the way. Would that be too close to what you are teaching? (This isn't for any planned event yet, I just don't like duplicating something someone else is offering.)
