EDIT:
I changed the link to point to the survey creator's post with a link to the surveymonkey survey. The UTF8 settings my boss makes us have were doing something wierd.

I note that the link you provide is both broken, and if correct would contain an encrypted chunk of data that might correspond to personally identifiable information.

Hm. I fixed the wierdness -- it had stupid smart quotes and something UTF8 in it. But I think YWpihoh7RtF_2fL0QyOU8IjQ_3d_3d is the unique identifier for the survey itself in Survey Monkey's database.
The question of whether SurveyMonkey itself is secure is one that has been hotly debated in the past; I don't know what the current thinking is.
