Well, last night I published redacted* recipes for all but one of the items on my menu (Christopher is working out the redaction for the Fish with Sour Orange Juice recipe tonight, bless him). I need to fiddle with them a little, as NVU was playing tricks on me on the LINUX machine, but they should soon be up at:

*redacted: worked out into modern terms and quantities, plus rounded up for the feast purposes. That part is sort of guesswork as scaling up with spices and all can be tricky.

Then I tested the Pottage Called Peach Dish recipe (Christopher had redacted it for me, but I wanted to try my redaction to reassure myself):
Peeled and sliced 3 large peaches
Boiled the peaches in 1.5-2 quarts of water with one teaspoonful of chicken base in it (the recipe calls for meat broth).
Once the peaches were cooked, pulled them out, and used about a pint of the broth to make an almond milk with about 1/2 cup of raw almond meal.
Then I strained the almonds out of the milk and heated the milk with 2 tsp of ginger and about 1/2 cup of sugar until it formed a syrup, then poured it over the peach slices.
Peaches in Almond Cream Syrup! YUMMM!
