cracking

I just cracked.
Guy came up to the desk and said, "Why doesn't this work?" I said, "Do you have service pack 2 installed?" He said, "No." I said, "You need service pack 2 installed to get the right encryption." "Are you serious? You need service pack 2 to get online?" "Yes." "Really?"

I cracked.
I responded "No, I just said that to amuse myself. Yes, you need the encyrption in Service Pack 2 to get on our secure network."

How unprofessional of me. *sigh*

Emmaus Fair

All in all, the event went well. People had a good time, we broke even and probably even made a few bucks, there were arts and archery and stuff. I got to talk to friends and cuddle babies, and aside from the archery equipment crisis, it was the most laid back event I've ever run. ( Read more... )
