I wish I hadn't missed this speech, by Howard Fineman, at Drew... and his comments about Bush.
Fineman seems to confirm my feeling that Bush runs the country as if he were Student Council President. :)
“I thought [Bush] would be the first president to administer noogies” to a foreign leader, Fineman said.

Does this mean that Bush is pulling a male "Legally Blonde 2"?
