I would like to make a display something like this for an event. I don't know that I will be able to do it for 12th night.
What would I put in it? Stuff I already know how to make include:
- Hais
- Gingerbrede
- comfits
- Figs in wine (de Nola)

Stuff to work on includes:
- Marzipan
- Preserved berries
- Fritters (I've made them but not very often)
