Having not been able to drink coffee from a Bo*Jangles recently due to it's temperature, even after an hour, I can understand how she got burned!

Thanks for that. I had seen it before, but appreciate seeing it again.

About 2 years ago I was seriously burned at a Cosi cafe in NY. There is a minimum temp that milk/coffee drinks can be served at in NY, which I was not aware of.

Those two links go to sites run by lawyers who could be seen to have an inherent bias in their presentations. However, nothing in those articles leads me to question them in particular.
